I am a big fan of Torico's stamps from There She Goes, and was so excited to find out she has a digital stamp store on Etsy called Birdie Brown. I picked up this cute image from her shop called Rainy Day.

 

 

I just love their little faces! The image is colored with Copics. You can see in the close-up that I added Glossy Accents to the raindrops... that was a tedious task, but I love the way it turned out! I also used a white gel pen to add a little detail to the scallops.
