I'm a Little Miss!
After Guest Designing for Little Miss Muffet Stamps in June, I was so thrilled to get an email from Faye inviting me to join the team full time!!
So, today is my first post as an official "Little Miss"!
During my term as Guest Designer, I developed a little obsession with the Polka Dot Pals images... I promise to mix in some of the other images going forward, but I just couldn't help myself this time! This one is Polka Dot Pals Heidi...
See... isn't she too sweet to resist?!
I've been seeing a lot of cardmakers use vellum for sentiments lately, and I've been wanting to give it a try. I'm not a big fan of embossing powders... it's probably user error, but I never like how it turns out on my cards. I think it looks okay here though... I stamped the sentiment into Versamark Ink first, then into Palette New Canvas, and stamped it onto the vellum. While the ink was still wet, I sprinkled a little white embossing powder on, and then heat set it. Maybe its the vellum that makes the difference?
