It's time for my monthly Sister Stamps inspiration post for the C.C. Designs Blog!

I got to play with a couple of the newer stamps - Ekahi and Anuhea. As soon as I saw these cuties I knew I wanted to make a scrapbook page... the local Kona Ice truck visits my kids school once a month, so I thought it would be fun to make a little layout of them enjoying this special after-school treat.

SisterStampsLO1

Supplies: Hammermill White CS, Bazzill Grapefruit Bliss CS, Doodlebug Springtime 6x6, Memento Tuxedo Black Ink,

C.C. Cutters Ticket Die, AmyR Freezin' Season Sentiments, Pop Dots, Copics

Lately, I have been admiring 6x6 scrapbook pages... they are closer to the size of a card, so they don't seem so intimidating! I kept it very simple, and left room for one photo right in the center.

Just above the mat for the photo, I added a cut from the C.C. Cutters Tickets Die (I used the larger ticket, and cut it in half length-wise) stamped with a sentiment from the AmyR Freezin' Season set. The patterned papers are from the Doodlebug Springtime 6x6 pad.

For a little sparkle and texture, I glued some chunky glitter on top of the snow cones after coloring them.

Both of the images are popped up with room to just slide a photo right underneath!

You can find Anuhea and Ekahi along with the rest of the Sister Stamps collection here at C.C. Designs.

That's all I have today!

Thanks so much for stopping by!
