Feeling Lucky
Popping in real quick today with my latest Doodlelicious Diva card!
I colored up the new Feeling Lucky image, and created a fun little scene around him. I was inspired by this week's MFT Sketch Challenge... as soon as I saw it, I imagined that diagonal strip as a rainbow! The grass was drawn in with Copics, and the sky was sponged with a cloud die and Tumbled Glass Distress Ink.
Easy peasy!
Supplies: Hammermill White CS, Wausau Black CS, scraps, YNS Cloud Die, Tumbled Glass Ink, Pop Dots, Copics
Copics:
Skin - E11, E00, E000, E0000, R30
Hair - E09, YR18, YR15, YR12

Shoes, Hat - 100, T7, T5, T3, T1, T0

That's all for now!

Dino-Mite!
It's time for another challenge at A Randoom Fan, and it's an easy theme for you this time...
BIRTHDAYS!
Who doesn't need more birthday cards in their stash?
I have been anxious to color up this cute Party Animal image since I first saw him. I don't do a lot of boy cards, but I think it's because fun boy images are hard to find. Well, this one definitely fills that void!
I colored him with Copics, then used the pointillism technique to add a scaly looking texture to his costume. The sentiment is from one of my oldest sets from The Angel Company called Little Darlins.
Supplies: ProvoCraft paper scraps, Wausau Black CS, Hammermill White CS, Versafine Onyx Black Ink,
Paper Piercer, ARF Party Animal digi, TAC Little Darlins sentiment, Copics
Copics:
Skin - E11, E00, E000, E0000, R30
Hair - E27, E25, E23, E21
Green on Costume - YG17, YG25, YG03, YG01, YG00
Yellow on Costume - Y38, Y35, Y32, E50, Y13, Y00
Balloon - YR18, YR15, YR12, YR00, YR000
Ground - T2, T1, T0
Now it's your turn!

Sketch Saturday #300 Blog Hop!!
Today we are celebrating a HUGE milestone for Sketch Saturday... the 300th sketch!! Instead of bringing you a new sketch this week, we are revisiting sketch #1, designed by the creator of the Sketch Saturday Blog, Jo Edwards, who is also joining us as a Guest Designer today!
We have our usual sponsor, Simon Says Stamp joining us this week! But for a little extra fun, we are having a blog hop with HIDDEN PRIZES along the way! Be sure to comment at each stop, because you never know where a prize might be hiding!
If you have been hopping along, you should have arrived from Niki's Blog. If not, start over at the Sketch Saturday Blog to see the entire line up.
For my card, I used a sweet new image from C.C. Designs called Fluffy Bear. I set out thinking it would be a cute birthday card for my daughter (she loves teddy bears!), but it took on more of a new baby feel... so I skipped adding a sentiment, because I'm just not sure what this one will be used for!
I colored her with Copics, and paired her with some scraps I've had lying around. I used my MFT Notebook Egde Die to add some detail to the edges of the Sour Lemon Cardstock, and embellished with a couple of buttons.
Supplies: Hammermill White CS, Bazzill Sour Lemon CS, Bazzill Cotton Candy CS, Scrap Patterned Paper,
Memento Tuxedo Black Ink, Ribbon, Buttons, Copics
Copics:
Fluffy Bear - E34, E31, E30, E50
Ears, Paws - RV00, RV000, E50
Bow - RV34, RV32, RV11, RV000
Cheeks - RV00
It is time to send you on your way to Jen's Blog, but be sure you leave a comment before you go!
Happy hopping!!!

It's New Release day at Whimsie Doodles, which means there are some SWEET new digis in the store, and lots of eye candy on the blog!
I used the new Carrot A Lot image on my card today. She is colored with Copics, and her dress and bows are paper pieced. Then I cut her out, and created a little scene around her... the clouds are sponged using my YNS Puffy Cloud Dies and Tumbled Glass Distress Ink, the fence die is from C.C. Designs and is textured with a woodgrain embossing folder, and last I cut a little layer of grass with my Fiskars Grass Border Punch. The sentiment is from the AmyR Eggstra Special Sentiment set from C.C. Designs.
Supplies: Hammermill White CS, Bazzill Caribbean Breeze CS, Doodlebug Springtime 6x6 pad, Tumbled Glass Distress Ink,

Today is an exciting day of previews at C.C. Designs... there is a NEW artist joining the C.C. Designs family, and I am so thrilled about it!!!
I want to give a big warm welcome to
POLLYCRAFT!!!!
If you have a soft spot for cute little kiddos, you might recognize these Lil' Dumplings. Once upon a time they were sold by Pollycraft as digitals... and now they are coming back as RUBBER at C.C. Designs!
For my sample today, I inked up sweet little Poppy. I've had this Darice Bubbles embossing folder in my collection for a while, and haven't had the chance to use it until now! I knew I would find a purpose for it someday! :)
After coloring Poppy with my Copics, I added some Glossy Accents to the bubbles, and sprinkled a little glitter onto them before they dried. The sentiment is from Lil' Inker Designs.
