Witchy Poo Gift Bag
After a nice little break for the summer, the Doodlelicious Divas are back in action at Whimsie Doodles, and we are so excited to share the September Release with you!
Melyssa has created a set of Halloween cuties for us called Little Boo's. I have so many ideas!!
Today, I used an image called Witchy Poo from the set, (don't you love the name?!) and made a Witch's Broom Treat Bag! I found the idea on Pinterest and thought it would be perfect for sending some Halloween treats to my kids teachers. The instructions suggested small brown bags from the craft store, but I used a regluar lunch sack, because it's what I had on hand!
The tag is cut from my C.C. Cutters Baggie and Tag Die Set using the new Doodlebug Ghouls and Goodies 6x6. I colored Witchy Poo with Copics, popped her up on the tag, and tied it on with some May Arts Burlap String.

I colored up another one of my favorite Polka Dot Pals images! This one is Mitzi...
As soon as I saw this image ages ago, I imagined her sipping a lemonade and paired with this cute patterned paper from the Fancy Pants Beach Babe 6x6 pad. So this idea has been stewing for a while! I colored her with Copics, and gave her lemonade a little bit of sparkle with my Wink of Stella Clear Glitter Pen.

A new challenge starts today at A Random Fan, and this time we want you to use
Bright Colors!
This wasn't much of a challenge for me... I am drawn to brighter colors anyway, especially when working with these cute ARF characters!
I finally had a chance to color up the adorable Hanging On image... I think she was one of the first ARF digis I got, and she has patiently been waiting for her turn in the spotlight!
I've colored her with Copics, then masked her and sponged clouds around her using Tumbled Glass Distress Ink.

Autumn Teddy

All of the new goodies will be available Thursday September 4th at 9pm EST. We are also having a little Release Party in the C.C. Designs Facebook Group this month. The party starts Thursday at 8:30pm EST!
Now onto my little creation... I used the new Autumn Teddy stamp. My daughter has a stuffed teddy named Teddy, so she loves this cute character! I paired him papers from the new Doodlebug Friendly Forest 6x6 pad, and a sentiment from AmyR Spooked Out Sentiments. This awesome layout is the current Sugar Sketch Challenge. The little embellishment is made from the C.C. Cutters Banner Tags Die, tucked under the main panel, and topped with a button tied with May Arts Natural Burlap String.
