How cute is this little character?! You'll be seeing a few of her in today's previews, and I think you'll love them all!

This one is called Heart Balloon, and I've colored her up with Copics. I paired her with a simple sentiment from the new XOXO Sentiments set, and popped her up on the largest cut out from the C.C. Cutter Shapers #2 Die Set.
