Teacher's Pet
I don't know about you, but our school situation has me a bit stressed out!
Regardless of what "Back to School" looks like this year, there are still going to be dedicated teachers to show our appreciation to!
When I saw this month's Mix It Up Challenge at SugarPea Designs, it was the perfect inspiration for inking up this cute Teacher's Pet!
Supplies: Hammermill 80# Color Copy Cover, Neenah 80# Desert Storm, Bazzill Whirlypop Cardstock,
Echo Park Paper and Glue 6x6 Pad,YNS Black Olive Ink, Versamark Ink, White Embossing Powder,
YNS Circle Die Set, Foam Adhesive, Copics
I used the sketch and photo for my inspiration, and I love how it turned out!
The bear is colored with Copics, and then I dabbed the "fur" with a washcloth soaked in Copic blending solution to get the fuzzy texture.
Copics:
Fur - E44, E43, E42, E41, W1
Nose - E49, E47, E44, E43
Ears, Mouth - R30, R000, R0000
Apple - R29, R27, R24, R22, R20
Leaf - YG17, YG25, YG03, YG01
Stem - E59, E57, E55
Back-Pack - B39, B37, B34, B45, B41
Pencil - Y26, Y21
Papers - W1, W0, W00
That's all I have to share for today.
Have a happy, crafty weekend!
