Both the image and the sentiment are part of a set from The Angel Company called Little Cupcake. I colored it with Prismacolor Pencils and baby oil (my favorite coloring technique!) and gave the frosting a little sparkle with Crystal Stickles. On the lavendar cardstock, I used my Scor-Buddy to create a diamond pattern for the base. The pearls on the blue cardstock are just something I had in my stash... thought it added a nice finishing touch to the card! You can click on either of the pictures above for a closer view...
