Welcome to the Your Next Stamp April New Release Blog Hop!!!

     

I'm so excited that you've joined us, and really excited to show off this month's release!! There are lots and lots of cute images, but my very favorite new product this month, without a doubt, is the Stitched Rectangles Dies. This set of dies is a must-have!! I've used them on both of my cards today, and I will probably use them on every card I make from now on! :)

     

Up first, I've colored up the adorable new Jessica with Happy Mail. I love the size of this image! She fills the front of an A2 card so nicely! I've paired her with some papers from my Pink Paislee Pen Pals 6x6 pad, and added the heart border from the Awesome Border Dies Set One. The little thought bubble is from the new Bookworms Rule stamp set, but it was the perfect size for this sentiment in the Jessica set.

Next is Bunny in the River... another gorgeous new image from Penny Johnson! I colored this one to match some papers from My Mind's Eye. After cutting the layers with the Stitched Rectangles Dies, I inked the edges with Gathered Twigs Distress Ink. This set includes 5 different sentiments, but this one was my favorite!
