I'm up on the C.C. Designs Blog today to share my latest DT creation. I've colored up "Balloons" from the Pinkie Cupcakes and Balloons stamp set. She is paired with some paper from the new Rainbows 6x6 Paper Pad, a banner cut from the new Make-a-Banner Die Set, and a sentiment from the Birthday Wishes set.
